     {(5x - 2y)}^{2}  =  {25x}^{2}  +  {4y}^{2}  - 20xy \\  \\  {(5x + 2y)}^{2}  =  {25x }^{2}  +  {4y}^{2}  + 20xy \\   {(5x - 2y)}^{2}  = 49 \\ xy = 3 \\ 49 =  {25x}^{2}  +  {4y}^{2}   - 60 \\ 109 =  {25x }^{2}  +  {4y}^{2}

    109 =  {25x}^{2}  +  {4y}^{2}

     {(5x + 2y)}^{2}  = 109 + 60 = 169

    this is the solution
