    Answer:

A body is said to be at rest if its position does not change with respect to its surroundings. Whereas, when the position of a body changes with respect to its surroundings, it is said to be in motion. The state of rest and motion of the body is relative to each other .

a body is said to be in motion if it changes it’s position with respect to it’s immediate surroundings whereas a body is said to be in rest if it does not changes it’s position with respect to it’s immediate surroundings.

    It’s the difference.

    I hope you get it.
