    400 cones

    1l = 1000ml

    10l= 10000 ml

    1 cone 25 ml

    25/10000 = 400

    1 cone = 25 Millilitres = 0.025 liters

    10 liters of ice cream

    then cones = [ 1*10 ] / 0.025

    = 400 cones
